Recommended on: Grilled or barbecued vegetables, smoked salmon, canapés, pasta, pizza, risotto, fish, boiled, roasted or grilled meats, cheeses, caviar, foie gras, ice cream, strawberries, dark chocolate, pancakes, puddings, and as a digestive at the end of a meal.
